Liberty Prep is inviting applications for a Casa Guide, ideally holding AMI or MACTE qualifications and post-secondary education in Early Childhood Education. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a supportive learning environment
• Conduct Montessori-inspired learning sessions
• Monitor and evaluate student engagement and development
• Manage classroom behavior constructively
• Engage effectively with parents and staff for student progress
Requirements:
• AMI or MACTE qualifications mandatory
• Post-Secondary Education focusing on Early Childhood Education
• Excellent communication, both oral and written
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification preferred
