Join us as an Intermediate Casualty Claims Adjuster, tackling challenging cases in a collaborative and rapid-paced environment. This role focuses on managing and settling Bodily Injury claims with professionalism and discretion.
You will report directly to the Team Leader, overseeing a portfolio of Intermediate Bodily Injury claims from investigation to settlement. Responsibilities include confirming policy coverages, detailed file management, and stakeholder engagement. As part of a diverse team, you’ll thrive in a busy setting and actively participate in mediations and pre-trials, providing excellent service along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and settle Intermediate Bodily Injury claims
• Engage with underwriting and senior leadership teams




• Confirm liability and maintain meticulous records
• Actively participate in mediation and pre-trial processes
• Direct engagements and settlements with Plaintiff’s Counsel
Requirements:
• Degree, college diploma, or CIP designation required
• Minimum 3 years of auto claims handling experience
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with MS Office software
• Bilingualism is a significant advantage
