Location:(East Ottawa - Vanier, Overbrook, Gloucester/Beacon Hill) Nepean (Barrhaven), and Kanata South (Findlay Creek / Riverside South)—travel within these areasJob Type:Casual, On-Call, Possible Contracts (availability evenings/weekends a must)About the Role:At Relieve-Me, we provide person-centered support that goes beyond basic care. We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled professional to support neurodivergent individuals (Autism, IDD/DD) in their homes and communities. Your goal is to foster independence, ensure safety, manage behaviours, facilitate inclusive activities, and provide meaningful respite for families.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate community participation (trips to parks, libraries, or recreational programs).Implement behavioral strategies as outlined in individual support plans.Maintain detailed daily logs and communicate progress effectively with families.Ensure a protected environment by following standards.Implement positive behaviour management protocolsCreate daily activities—come prepared to engage with clientsProvide 1:1 support for activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care and meal prep.Some light housekeeping may be requiredWho We're Looking For:We are seeking experienced independent contractors with backgrounds as:Education: Diploma in DSW, CYC/CWY,
