OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team, responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and functionality of our outdoor facilities. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, attractive, and well-functioning workplace through routine maintenance, landscaping, and repair tasks. and troubleshootingAssist with gardening tasks to promote healthy plant growth and aesthetic appealInspect facilities regularly to identify issues requiring attentionEnsure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activitiesKeep detailed records of maintenance work performed and supplies usedRequirementsProven experience with hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenanceKnowledge of horticulture, gardening practices, and general maintenance proceduresAbility to operate various landscaping equipment safely and effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detailPhysical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsPrior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not requiredAbility to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficientlyJob Type: SeasonalContract length: 8 monthsPay: $17.20-$20.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 40 per weekWork Location: In person
