About The RoleAs aSr. Business Analyst – IAM (Identity & Access Management), you will make an impact by driving analysis, planning, and process optimization across authentication, authorization, and access management initiatives. You will be a valued member of the Technology & Engineering team and collaborate closely with security, IT, and cross‑functional business partners to deliver secure and efficient IAM solutions.In This Role, You WillAnalyze business requirements to identify optimization opportunities within IAM, authentication, and authorization systems.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement IAM solutions aligned with business and security objectives.Develop and maintain business analysis plans that outline scope, deliverables, and project milestones.Provide insights and recommendations to improve access management processes and enhance operational efficiency.Oversee IAM solution deployment, ensuring compliance with security standards and organizational needs.Work modelWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always beclearabout role expectations.What You Need To Have To Be ConsideredMinimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on IAM, authentication, and authorization.Robust analytical, documentation,
and problem‑solving skills applied to IAM and Access Management systems.Solid understanding of authentication & authorization protocols and IAM technologies.Experience collaborating with stakeholders and communicating business findings effectively.Ability to work successfully in a hybrid environment and manage cross‑team dependencies.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relating to security and access management.These will help you stand outExperience conducting assessments of IAM systems and implementing improvements.Familiarity with industry trends and emerging IAM technologies.Background coordinating with IT teams to resolve technical IAM issues.Experience facilitating workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, and stakeholder updates.Ability to evaluate solution effectiveness and recommend enhancements for future initiatives.We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
