What You'll Do:As a Senior Analyst you will transform customer and financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and profitable growth. This role combines traditional analytics with strong financial acumen, with a focus on forecasting, performance measurement, and business impact analysis.You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact insights, build robust financial and analytical models, and provide a clear understanding of key business drivers. Success in this role means delivering accurate, forward-looking insights that influence strategy, improve performance, and enhance customer and portfolio outcomes.Analyze customer, operational, and financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across the business.Develop and maintain forecasting models for enterprise KPIs to support strategic planning and performance tracking.Deliver performance analytics and insights for key strategic initiatives, including loyalty programs and portfolio performance.Monitor key business and financial KPIs, identifying drivers of variance and communicating implications to stakeholders.Reconcile and align data across sources to ensure consistency with financial reporting and business metrics.Apply statistical and analytical techniques to enhance insights.Develop compelling presentations and leverage solid storytelling to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making.Partner with business, finance, and data teams to support strategic initiatives.Provide proactive analysis on areas impacted by economic, market, and customer behavior trends.Manage project timelines and stakeholder communication.What You Bring:University Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative discipline3–5+ years of experience in analytics, financial modelling,



or related rolesStrong knowledge of forecasting and performance measurementAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPointAdvanced knowledge of SQLAdvanced knowledge of data and analytical software (SAS, Python or R) considered an assetExperience in building financial models and understanding key financial driversExpertise in data visualization and BI tools, preferably Power BIUnderstanding of customer analytics and statistical modelling techniquesStrong analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity, with a proactive approach to exploring data, asking the right questions, and connecting insights to business and financial outcomesExcellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentInterest in emerging technologies and advanced analyticsExperience in retail, financial services, or loyalty analytics is an assetWe're always looking for excellent talent!
