You will perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls. Responsibilities Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, supply chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. Execute data collection and data integrity checks. Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in the area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies. Execute ad-hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director). Support projects to improve efficiencies and ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement. Contribute to a high-performing finance team, invest in personal development and development of finance peers. Qualifications Technical expertise in financial analysis and data collection/structuring. Business acumen and a basic understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market with relevant experience in a regional (or sizeable local) business. Leadership skills including collaboration and communication within a larger finance team; team player with a can-do mentality to deliver results. Growth/digital mindset and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Integrity and sound judgment in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values, policies and external regulations. Additional Desired Skills Well organized with good analytical,



reporting and presentation skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity. Drive for results, proactive and action-oriented. Valuable interpersonal and communication skills; proven track record of self-management and time management. Good PC literacy in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI). Proven organizational agility. Job Specific Requirements Ensuring accuracy and consistency of KPI reporting to stakeholders. Support timely preparation of period transactions and month-end journal entries, including cross-charges, accruals and re-classes. Assist in new product costing and set-up in SAP with Genpact and product costing teams. Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, including SAP submissions. Continuous improvement opportunities and validation of new projects. Variance analysis, monthly results vs forecast and prior year with a strong focus on waste, overtime and other key expenses. Review inventory aging to understand risk and opportunity. Assist in any financial audits. Education / Certifications Undergraduate degree in finance and/or working towards accounting CPA designation. 4-5 years manufacturing or finance experience. SAP experience is preferred. Work Schedule Monday to Friday, on site. Compensation & Benefits The expected base salary range for this position is $84,500 to $105,650 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% and possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
