Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and help achieve sales goals. You will act as Manager on Duty when needed and lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence.

This role requires at least two years of retail and supervisory experience, open availability, and robust leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
