Introduction : Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Development Skilled III to join our client in support of an existing vacancy. Contract Period : 6 months with potential to extend Pay Rate : Starting from $82 per hour Location : Toronto, ON Location Type : Hybrid Business Hours : Monday-Friday; Core Business Hours Job Responsibilities Lead process mapping, redesign, and standardization for the risk phases of the TPRM lifecycle Identify bottlenecks, control gaps, and inefficiencies using Lean Six Sigma, value stream analysis, and root cause techniques Create a scalable process architecture that supports growth, expands coverage, and aligns to regulatory expectations Maintain process documentation (workflows, RACI charts, process maps) Drive enhancements to the target operating model, including intake channels, service tiers, SLAs, and cross functional handoffs Partner with SMEs to ensure processes meet regulatory expectations (e.G., OCC, OSFI, FFIEC, EBA, ISO, SOC) Drive requirements definition and prioritization for system enhancements Increase use of automation to improve cycle time, reduce manual effort, and enhance data quality Design KPIs, operational dashboards, and performance scorecards Track vendor lifecycle performance (cycle time, bottlenecks, backlog, SLA adherence) Monitor process health and identify improvement opportunities using data driven insights Regular reporting for management Ensure processes embed adequate risk controls aligned to regulatory guidance Conduct control reviews and thematic analysis to minimize recurring issues Act as the process change leader for TPRM enhancements Improve stakeholder experience for business partners, vendors, and internal SMEs Create training, communication,



and enablement materials to support adoption Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement Lead cross functional projects that improve maturity of the TPRM program Drive simplification and eliminate unnecessary steps while preserving risk discipline Benchmark against industry standards and best practices Experience & Qualification Requirement 5 -10+ Years Experience in Third Party Risk Management / Vendor Risk, Process improvement / operational excellence, Risk management or compliance Proven experience leading process transformations in complex organizations Strong understanding of TPRM frameworks and standards (OSFI Guideline B-10, etc.) Certification preferred: Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), CTPRP, CRISC Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with dataand dashboards Experience working with TPRM platforms (Process Unity, Archer, Ivalua) Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills MS skills-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Background screening is required as part of the onboarding process.
