Position Overview:Multimatic Niche Vehicles NA is seeking an Inventory Transactions Administrator who will work as a part of the Materials and Warehouse team, having ownership of assigned daily SAP transactions.This role requires outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, strong typing skills, robust interpersonal skills, sense of urgency, ability to effectively communicate and ability to escalate issues in a timely manner when required. Previous experience with MRP/ERP is a must, preferably SAP. Proven experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing industry would be ideal for this role.Duties and Responsibilities:Ownership of all activities related to Inventory Movement of Paint Panels in SAP. These activities include, but are not limited to: SAP Bin Transactions, PC/SC to TC PT# transactions, daily coordination of information from Paint Shop, Chassis and Warehouse on paint panels and chassis produced with paint panels advanced in processOutplant parts transactions in SAPRun Daily Parts to VIN AllocationsSupport Paint Panel Cycle CountsSupport Physical Inventory CountsOther duties and responsibilities related to Inventory Transactions and Process as requested by the management teamExperience:Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration, IT or related field is preferred.



Experienced candidates in the industry will be considered1 to 5 years experience working within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector1 to 3 years of MRP/ERP experience, preferably in SAPProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams and Word, with advanced Excel skillsSupply Chain accreditation or working towards is an assetAbility to work independentlyAbility to prioritize and multitask, and extremely detail-orientatedInitiative-taking attitude towards work, teamwork, and co-operationStrong, effective communication with critical thinking skills and superior problem-solving abilities are key for this roleStrategic and analytical mindsetThis job posting is for an existing vacancy.
