A movement for better thinking, smartersolutionsand lasting impact.Together, we will advance our way of life and protect the integrity of our environment every step of the way.Environmental Project Manager, Major ProjectsADay in theLifeAs an Environmental Project Manager, Major Projects, you will join our Guelph or Oakville, Ontario office (hybrid) as part of our Alternative Delivery team working closely with our Project Management Office.The compensation range for this role is $95,000-$140,000 annually, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.To thrive in this role,you’llbe comfortable taking ownership of the following responsibilities:Shape how environmental management scopes are integrated into design and constructionLead and manage environmental work packages on major infrastructure projects in Ontario in accordance with project agreements and schedulesProvide leadership across planning, design, permitting, and constructionCollaborate with clients, engineering partners, owners, regulatory bodies, and subconsultants to integrate environmental requirements into project design and executionEngage and liaise with regulators and stakeholdersCoordinate with internal project team across disciplines, including engineers, scientists, hydrogeologists, and ecologistsManage and oversee subcontractors and partners, such as environmental drillers, specialty consultants, and field services teamsApply robust project controls skills, including scope definition, forecasting,



and budgetingDevelop strong client relationships within the infrastructure sector in Ontario and across CanadaLead and contribute to opportunity pursuits, including bid strategy, proposal preparation, work plans, schedules, and cost estimates for multi-disciplinary major projectsYour Expertise and Skills10+ years of experience with a proven track record of delivering multi-disciplinary environmental scopes on large infrastructure projectsDeep understanding of environmental permitting, regulatory frameworks, and technical requirements relevant to design and construction projectsStrong leadership and coordination skills, capable of leading multi-disciplinary teamsExperience working on major projects delivered under an alternative delivery model (e.G., P3, DB, Progressive, or similar) with the ability to navigate fast-paced, collaborative environmentsExcellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities, including working with clients, owners, regulators, Indigenous communities, and partner firmsAdvanced project controls skills, including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, risk management, and change management.Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and partners while maintaining quality and safety standardsA relationship builder who can develop strong client partnerships and contribute to business development and opportunity pursuitsStrong problem solving and decision making skills, with the ability to anticipate issues, identify risks and implement practical solutionsA valid class G driver’s license is requiredA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental planning, urban planning, environmental science, engineering,
