Key Responsibilities:
• Provide G/GJ tube care and seizure management

• Monitor medication safety and child’s condition changes

• Assist with mobility and adaptive aids usage
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario nursing license and CNO standing
• Pediatric nursing experience essential
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Completed Vulnerable Sector Check within 6 months
• Professional Liability Insurance required
