Working on assigned shifts, to act as a deterrent to crime and undesired activity and help to maintain a visibly safe and welcoming property environment. You will be required to write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to emergencies quickly and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:**Lead, coach, and support security officers during assigned shiftsConduct regular patrols and monitor all areas for safety and security risksCoordinate incident response, report writing, and escalation as neededMaintain positive relationships with mall tenants, guests, and law enforcementEnsure compliance with site policies, procedures, and applicable legislationAssist with scheduling, training,
