This position requires afternoon shift hours work along with an on-call ability in leading a trades team that is operational 96 hours per week.Hours of work are Monday to Friday,



3:00 pm to 12:00am and on call weekend and Statutory holiday shifts on a rotational basis.The successful candidate will:Be a Licensed Electrician and/or Industrial Mechanical MillwrightHave 5 years of experience in supervisory leadership in a manufacturing/processing facility in the maintenance department preferably a unionized environment.Have the ability to understand how people work with machines, and work together with others, to get the job done.
