As a key member of the senior leadership team and a trusted advisor to executive leadership, you will guide service delivery in a complex and highly impactful area of public service. and prioritiesAssess demand for criminal legal services and design responsive, sustainable service delivery modelsDrive innovation and continuous improvement in response to evolving legal, social, and community needsPartner closely with Head Office on strategic planning, operational priorities, and organizational initiativeOperational & Financial StewardshipLead office budgeting, financial planning, and performance reportingEnsure effective and efficient use of staff and private bar resourcesOversee approvals related to legal services, discretionary applications, and operational expendituresChampion data-informed decision-making, accountability, and performance managementPeople & Culture LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of legal professionals and staffDrive recruitment, succession planning, and workforce strategyFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellenceSupport leadership development and ongoing professional growth across the organizationStakeholder & Community ImpactServe as the primary office representative with justice partners, community agencies,
