and develop operational staff to foster a high-performing team culture.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.Who You Are - RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in operations, with demonstrated success leading teams and driving operational results.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Experience with process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) is a plus.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in business software (MS Office, project management tools, ERPs).Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionDental careEmployee assistance programLife insuranceWork Location: In person
