In this position at BelPak, you'll act as the core HR resource, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee inquiries, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Your role will involve close collaboration with managers to maintain explicit communication concerning employee performance and administrative HR duties. You'll also facilitate training sessions and oversee audit processes while managing confidential personnel data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
