This role focuses on delivering high-impact anti-fraud solutions while coordinating across business, technology, and compliance stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of project management experience , robust regulatory exposure, and a proven ability to manage delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies in large financial institutions. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of anti-fraud and regulatory-focused projects Attend and facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, risks, and dependencies Conduct ongoing status follow-ups , ensuring milestones and deliverables remain on track Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders , including data, technology, regulatory, and business teams Identify, assess,



and mitigate project risks and issues proactively Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements , governance standards, and internal controls Track and manage work using Jira and Confluence Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project needs Required Skills & Qualifications 15+ years of overall project management experience Strong background in regulatory projects, data initiatives, modeling, and stakeholder management Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Proven delivery experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience working in large financial services or banking environments Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Clarity (project portfolio management tool) Additional Skills Strong risk management and reporting capabilities Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities Executive-level stakeholder engagement About the Company A Top 10 bank in Canada and North America , delivering comprehensive retail, commercial, wealth management, and wholesale banking solutions.
