And we empower our Canadian team to take on the most creative challenges to make this possible.Job Type: Full-time, Co-opPosition length: 4 monthsWork Location: Onsite/ In personWork Address: 4445 Lougheed Hwy. #200, Burnaby, BC V5C 0E4Job Responsibilities· Independently produce short-form video content optimized for social media platforms.· Write compelling captions, video titles, and post copy that reflect the brand voice and incorporate relevant keywords.· Develop strategic content planning for social media and forums aligned with marketing objectives and seasonal campaigns.· Conduct keyword research, trend analysis, and competitive research to guide creative direction across platforms.· Execute content rollout by uploading, scheduling, and organizing posts across all relevant platforms.· Ensure alignment with the content calendar, platform best practices, and campaign timelines.· Monitor and review the performance data of videos after they go live across distribution platforms.· Based on the results, implement dynamic optimization and content adjustments to enhance overall effectiveness, audience engagement,
and dissemination efficiency.Required Skills and Qualifications· University degree in a relevant field (marketing, communications, etc.) or post-secondary diploma in a relevant field· An interest in marketing and branding for digital creativity products (ex. video and photo editing software).· Ability to provide clear feedback and perform under tight deadlines.· Basic knowledge in video editing and/or graphic design.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and engage audiences effectively in both Spanish and English· Full professional proficiency in Spanish is required.· A deep understanding of Latin American culture and social nuances is considered a strong asset.· Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics and storytelling.· Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting to an audience is a plus.Join WondershareWondershare's diverse culture fosters a friendly, open-minded workplace.
