Showcase your leadership strengths and model our service culture as Chief Steward, where you will ensure a superior standard for all flatware, tableware and kitchen equipment in support of our Culinary and F&B teams.What You Will Be DoingManage the Stewarding team through recruitment, coaching, development and recognitionSupervise and assist an experienced team of 12 stewards to complete their daily tasks, when neededMaintain accurate records and reports of breakage and inventoryCoordinate with F&B in establishing operating par stocksCreate and maintain service schedules of all Kitchen and dishwashing equipment, taking action of any deficienciesEnsure Stewarding and Kitchen areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards and cleaning schedules are followedEnsure all staff are trained on chemical handling (GHS)Liaise with night cleaners to ensure efficiency and accountabilityConduct monthly communication meetingsSupervise & assist with the set up, service and take down of catering eventsEnsure all administrative duties for Kitchen and Stewarding are complete including schedules, payroll, etc.Create, maintain and adhere to annual budget for Stewarding departmentCo-chair of Sustainability committee,
