Our main focus areas are building custom business products, implementing Zoho as an ERP, helping them with bookkeeping and migrating the clients from one system to another.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time in office role for a Business Analyst at Automate Accounts. The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and improving business processes, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and bridging the gap between stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Other responsibilities may include preparing reports and providing insightful recommendations to enhance operations and decision-making processes. You will play a key role in client discovery, solutioning, and delivery coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity EngagementAttend in person industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to understand market trends and build professional connectionsEngage with businesses to understand business needs and help position Zoho solutions effectivelyBuild relationships within the Zoho ecosystem,
