Job Responsibilities

- Lead and support staff to deliver excellent customer service across all product categories, including vape products, accessories, snacks, and apparel.
- Assign and oversee daily tasks such as stocking, merchandising, labeling, and maintaining attractive product displays.
- Monitor sales activity, provide coaching on upselling, and ensure customers receive accurate product information, especially for vapour products and accessories.
- Enforce age-verification policies and maintain compliance with all regulations governing vape and restricted product sales.
- Manage inventory levels, prepare restocking requests, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Oversee cash handling, balance tills, and process payments or authorize returns when necessary.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and escalated concerns with professionalism to foster a positive shopping experience.




- Review sales reports to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training staff with a focus on compliance, product knowledge, and service standards.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to review objectives, share updates, and strengthen teamwork.
- Maintain store security and implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage.
- Support promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and product launches to keep the store engaging and current.
- Carry out other supervisory duties as needed to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment.

Job Requirements

- Completion of Secondary School.
- Previous experience in retail sales or supervisory roles is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive customer and staff relationships.
- Demonstrated sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in line with store operations.
- Adaptability to changing business needs, including seasonal demands, staffing requirements, and evolving customer trends.
