About the Rol

We are seeking an experienced Oracle MDM Cloud Consultant / Senior Functional Consultant with strong functional and techno-functional expertise in Oracle Master Data Management

In this role, you will drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud MDM implementations, covering Customer Data Management (CDM), Supplier Data Management, Product Data Hub (PDH/PIM), and related Oracle Cloud applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the full implementation lifecycle—from initial requirements gathering and solution design to rollout, testing, and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

- Implementation & Architecture: Lead and participate in global Oracle MDM Cloud implementations and regional rollouts. Design functional solutions and data architectures for Customer, Supplier, and Product Master Data.
- Functional Configuration: Configure and support Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM), Supplier Data Management, and Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH/PIM), including.
- Product/Item Classes, Attributes & Attribute Groups.
- Value Sets & Product Data structurre.
- Customer/Supplier master data & Data governance/business rules.
- Data Migration & Quality: Lead data migration, conversion, cleansing, and import/export activities using tools like Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ/EDQP).
- Integrations:



Collaborate on inbound/outbound integrations connecting Oracle MDM Cloud with other enterprise applications (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud - OIC/ICS.
- Documentation & Testing: Prepare functional specifications, technical designs, and configuration documentation. Lead SIT/UAT, resolve defects, and support Go-Live, deployment, and hypercare activities).
- Advisory: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Oracle MDM best practices and data governance frameworks.

Qualifications & Key Skills

Must-Have

- 8–15+ years of overall IT experience with a deep focus on Oracle MDM Cloud / Oracle Fusion Cloud MDM.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) and Supplier Data Management / Supplier Hub.
- Proven track record with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH/PIM).
- End-to-end full-lifecycle experience with Oracle MDM implementation, configuration, data migration, and conversion.
- Solid understanding of core Master Data Management (MDM) principles and data governance frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience designing inbound/outbound integration.

Good-to-Have

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC / ICS), PL/SQL, and Oracle UCM.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ / EDQP).
- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.
- Experience integrating Oracle MDM Cloud with Oracle EBS/Fusion and third-party systems in multi-country, global rollout environments.
- Relevant Oracle Certifications (Customer Data Management, Product Hub Cloud, or Product Lifecycle Management.
