Pay & Compensation (Above Edmonton Market)

Pay based on experience, performance, and trade (HVAC or Sheet Metal)

- Signing bonus for the right candidate

What You’ll Be Working On





- Commercial & residential HVAC and Sheet Metal projects
- Installations, retrofits, and system upgrades
- New construction and service support
- Working independently or leading apprentice crews
- Consistent work with an organized, growing shop

What We’re Looking For

- Journeyman HVAC or Sheet Metal certification
- Commercial and/or residential experience
- Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
- Pride in workmanship and leadership mindset
