We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting functions for the resort. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, structure, and the opportunity to work in a close-knit, collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain accurate accounting records across all resort departments
- Perform daily POS and payment reconciliation
- Ensure revenue is recorded accurately across multiple revenue streams
- Reconcile General Ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end close
- Process Accounts Payable including vendor invoices and payments




- Manage Accounts Receivable including invoicing and collections
- Perform bank, cash, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare recurring financial, operational, and gratuity reports
- Maintain integrity of accounting systems and chart of accounts
- Assist with audits and compliance requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

- 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Experience in hospitality or multi-revenue environments preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Solid Excel and financial data skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
