Our team takes pride in quality, precision, and professionalism on every project—from framing to the final finishing touches.Position OverviewMCT Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Finish Carpenter and Framer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both structural framing and fine finish carpentry, with the ability to lead by example and deliver top-quality workmanship. This role requires both hands-on expertise and leadership skills to manage team members, coordinate with other trades, and ensure that every detail of the home meets MCT Construction's high standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and perform all aspects of framing and finish carpentry work for custom homes.Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy in construction.Oversee and mentor crew members to maintain quality, efficiency,



and safety on-site.Install framing, doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, millwork, and other finish details.Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to meet project timelines.Inspect completed work to ensure craftsmanship meets MCT Construction standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project satisfaction.QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in residential framing and finish carpentry.Proven leadership experience in custom home construction.Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.Strong understanding of building codes, structural layouts, and finish techniques.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools.Reliable transportation and basic set of tools.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.Job Types: Full time, PermanentPay: $23.00-$44.00 per hourExpected hours: 35 – 50 per weekBenefits:Company eventsPaid time offWork Location: In person
