About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Sales to lead the design, build, and execution of its U.S. commercial sales organization. This role is pivotal as the company transitions into a fully integrated commercial enterprise, with a focus on national sales strategy, building a high-performing field organization, and driving commercial execution across specialty neurology and CNS markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the U.S. sales strategy in alignment with corporate and commercial objectives,



leading sales launch readiness planning, and defining the field structure and talent profile for the sales organization. Strong specialty sales leadership, experience in growth stage environments, and the ability to translate strategy into focused field execution are essential.

Applicants for the Vice President, Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles. A proven track record in successful product launches, particularly in specialty or rare disease markets, is required. Experience in neurology, epilepsy, or CNS therapeutic areas is strongly preferred. The role demands a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including payer dynamics and specialty distribution, as well as solid experience in KOL engagement and specialty customer strategy. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to build sales infrastructure, performance frameworks, and operating discipline in emerging commercial organizations, and possess strong executive presence, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
