This role combines strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on execution to deliver exceptional living spaces. and organize project schedules and budgetsPrepare and manage tenders and negotiate subcontractor contractsCoordinate resources and stakeholders, including professionals and subcontractorsEnsure adherence to project timelines and quality standardsMonitor and control project budgets during executionProvide regular progress and cost reports to senior leadershipIdentify and manage risks throughout development and construction phasesOversee full implementation of assigned projectsRequirements:Degree in engineering or architecture, or equivalent experienceMinimum 8 years managing real estate construction projects (residential, commercial, etc.)Robust technical knowledge of construction methods and turnkey developmentProven leadership skills with experience in large, complex projectsAbility to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesLEED certification considered an asset
