Working Hours: Afternoon Shift – 12 to 11 PM (Mon – Thursday, 42 hrs/ week)
Summary Of Duties
Key responsibilities include managing CNC machines, conducting inspections, packaging products, and supporting team operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines (High Speed Knife Cutting, Router, Waterjet & Hydraulic Presses) with precision
- Perform first-off and in-process inspections to ensure product quality
- Package and label finished goods according to customer specifications
- Verify materials, dies, and documentation before cutting operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and deliveries
- Provide feedback on customer issues, equipment concerns,
or delivery challenges
- Follow all applicable procedures and standards (e.g., AS9100)
- Support training of new team members when needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or 3–5 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance
- Ability to read technical drawings and verify basic dimensions
- AUTOCAD and computer literacy are assets
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Tow Motor License may be required for some roles
