This role demands a leader who delivers consistently excellent service, maintains exceptional customer satisfaction, and strengthens service margins. Your leadership will be central to accelerating organic revenue growth and boosting overall profitability.As the Director of North America Specialized Services, you will partner closely with leaders across IES, the division leadership, and corporate functions to ensure we deliver on our service commitments and consistently meet customer expectations.



You will be lead a team of four direct reports supporting roughly 164 Field Service Engineers and Field Service Supervisors.Success in this role requires a seasoned leader with a track record of guiding remote teams and collaborating effectively across a complex organization. You must be able to build trust quickly, drive accountability, and uphold high performance standards. Weu2019re seeking someone who acts with ownership, delivers exceptional results, and cultivates a culture committed to transparent communication, team alignment, and achieving ambitious goals.Responsibilities:u00b7 Proactively drive strategic changes to advance the organization''s goalsu00b7 Ensure achievement of annual financial targets and key service delivery metricsu00b7 Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and programsu00b7 Lead the team in implementing Practical Process Improvement Business Systems to improve efficiency.u00b7 Work with Business Process Owners to ensure compliance and drive continuous process improvementsu00b7 Develop and mentor team members to meet their career goalsRequirements:u00b7 Bachelor''s or Master''s Degree, equivalent experience,
