Reporting directly to the corresponding Experience Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the team delivers maximum value to the business and our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, translate these into actionable user stories, and ensure the successful implementation of product initiatives. Sub- Domain Focus Area: Markerting: Lead mgmt, Campaign mgmt, Segmentation, Demand Generation, Brand and Content mgmt, Agentic AIKnow your customer(s) and influence the roadmapRepresent the voice of the user with respect to (domain, value stream) features Coordinate work with UX designers to develop and improve user experience for (domain) stakeholders and usersCoordinate roadmap and feature dependencies with (experience) Product Manager and other Domain Product OwnersManage and prioritize the scrum backlogTranslate epics into user stories, refining level of detail so that engineering teams can develop features and accurately estimate level of effortWork with engineers and designers to clarify requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholdersLead scrum sprint planning to prioritize user stories based on user impact, business needs, technical complexity, level of effort and available resourcingDefine good confidence release deliverables for each release at PI Meetings and create (domain) feature release planEnable teams to deliver valueDefine clear acceptance criteria and ensure that backlog items meet the definition of readiness to enter sprintEnsure that each feature has a clear definition of done, coordinate user acceptance tests, collect and act on feedback throughout development and testingDefine and track (domain) metrics to measure success. Utilize measurements to guide prioritizationCoordinate with Agile coach to get regular feedback on Agile best practices for themselves and the team members Document user processes and evolve solution designPartner with the scrum team members to ensure both user-level business process/requirements and technical requirements for (domain)



are documented Collaborate with training and change teams to ensure workflows & standard operating procedures are developed for front line usersResponsibilities Own the Subdomain Product Backlog Collaborate with the Experience Product Managers to define and prioritize the product backlog for your respective subdomainClearly articulate and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and other requirementsEnsure that the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholdersPrioritize backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and strategic objectives Work with development teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needsParticipate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure continuous improvementProvide clear guidance on the expected outcome and work with the team to meet the Definition of doneDetermine and pursue the optimal Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Gather and prioritize customer requirements through regular interaction and feedbackAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are effectively managedCommunicate product updates, progress, and plans to stakeholders and the broader organizationCross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with Experience Product Managers and other Product Owners to ensure alignment and coherence across the product domainsWork with upstream and downstream teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal end-to-end experienceEngage with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfacesDrive Continuous Improvement Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvementAdvocate for and implement best practices in product management and agile methodologiesContinuously refine and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectivenessQualifications Bachelor's degree preferred3+ years of experience in a product owner or similar roleStrong understanding of Agile development methodologies, particularly in large organizationsProven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience with quote-to-cash systems and transformation is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSalesForce Marketing Cloud Implementation Experience is a plusThis posting is a new position within our organization.The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136, ,000 USD / AnnualCanada - Toronto Office TRO : 131, ,000 CAD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for recent hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
