Using a proven healthcare services model, Radiology Partners provides consistent, high-quality care to patients, while delivering enhanced value to the hospitals, clinics, imaging centers and referring physicians we serve.POSITION SUMMARY:Manage the implementation and ongoing administration of physician and extender schedules for multiple local practices using QGendaGenerate and communicate real-time schedule changes, including emergency coverage and coverage for meetings or unplanned absencesProduce scheduling and staffing reports including shift distribution, extra shifts, PTO, and payroll-related dataPartner closely with Practice Directors and Regional leadership to align staffing needs with operational goalsCommunicate scheduling protocols, updates, and changes effectively with physicians and internal stakeholdersLocation: Candidates must be local to the Columbus, OH areaDESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 2 years of physician scheduling experience required; radiologist scheduling strongly preferredStrong working knowledge of QGenda requiredAssociate degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment preferredExcellent communication, customer service,

Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
