What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll serve as the main point of contact for families, guiding them through their benefit options with clarity and professionalism. Your day-to-day will include:

- Presenting benefit programs clearly through virtual meetings (Zoom)
- Completing and maintaining accurate, compliant documentation
- Building lasting client relationships through ongoing follow-up
- Collaborating with your team to enhance processes and client experience

Requirements

- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
- 1+ year of experience in customer service,



administrative, or client-facing roles preferred

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, remote environment
