This role is essential to our Transactional Services Team, reporting directly to the Director of Transactional Services and Credit. Ideal candidates will possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You will manage daily operations of the AP and AR teams, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and efficient resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of AP and AR teams
• Ensure accurate invoicing and prompt vendor payments
• Escalate vendor inquiries and invoice issues
• Assist with month-end journal entries and reconciliations
• Identify training needs and participate in corporate projects
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred
• Equivalent experience in Accounting, AR, or AP
• Familiarity with general ledger
