Responsibilities include managing files from opening through closing, conducting searches and due diligence, preparing transaction documents, and liaising with clients and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Duties Include:Managing client files from opening to closing, including conflict searches and client identificationConducting Land Title and BC Online searches (title searches, BC assessments, company searches, etc.)Communicating with vendors, purchasers, financial institutions, lawyers, brokers,
