Are you a naturally optimistic team builder who loves to see teammates be successful in their day-to-day professional lives?Crosswinds Independent Living Facility provides residential services for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in the Sussex area.Ideal applicants would possess the following:· Human Service Counsellor Diploma from a qualified educational institution, with a minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in the Human Service field.· Experience working with complex cases.· Documented experience in developing effective day-to-day programming that leads the individuals served to greater safety, independence,



and increased participation in their own lives.· Experience developing and promoting teams that work collaboratively and cohesively to provide services and care.
