Ensure safe and efficient work flow by supervising shop staff and overseeing production in accordance with company policy, customer demands, and local, state and federal regulations.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate leadership consistent with Nucor Rebar Fabrication’s vision and values.Ensure that established safety policies, rules and regulations, and procedures are followed.Responsible for all processes, equipment, employees, safety and housekeeping of the area, and meeting production quality and quantity standards in the designated functional area. May have assistance from Rebar Fabricator Lead.Supervise all personnel and operations on designated shift(s) and/or areas.Oversee daily work assignments, and work schedules so that the most productive use is made of all resources and equipment.
