Who We ArePearl Morissette is located in Jordan, Ontario, on the edge of the Niagara region, a historically agricultural region in southwestern Ontario. Our project began as a low intervention vineyard and winery, and has now grown to include a nationally-recognized restaurant called Restaurant Pearl Morissette (RPM), a bakery called RPM Bakehouse, and a regenerative garden (Garden Pearl Morissette) to support these two projects and the local community.Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista who embodies the art of coffee and exceptional hospitality. In this role, you will craft high-quality espresso and coffee beverages using manual espresso machines while creating memorable experiences for every guest. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates precision and attention to detail, and balances efficiency with warmth and professionalism.Responsibilities and DutiesPrepare and serve espresso and specialty coffee drinks with consistency, precision, and care using manual espresso machines.Must be versed in grind adjustments, brew ratios, and extraction techniques.Deliver personalized, attentive service, addressing guest questions, preferences, and concerns with professionalism and warmth.Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café setting that reflects the brand's premium quality.Follow café procedures, health, and safety standards,
