Permanent, full-time, Rotating shifts, 24 hours

Responsibilities

- Operate equipment safely once trained
- Assist machine operators and production staff as needed
- Meet daily production targets
- Load, unload, lift, and move raw materials and finished products
- Prepare products for shipping manually or with equipment if trained
- Inspect, sort, and package products
- Complete required paperwork electronically or on paper
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

- Mechanically inclined with experience in an industrial or manufacturing workplace
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is an asset
- Ability to read a tape measure (standard and metric)
- Basic understanding of fractions, decimals, and metric conversions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Grade 12 education or related experience preferred
