The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee the entire project management process for mechanical and plumbing systems, from planning and procurement to execution and completion.



Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and subcontractors, managing budgets and timelines, reviewing project specifications, and ensuring compliance with building services and safety standards.QualificationsExperience in Building Services and Plumbing and or HVACProficiency in Procurement and BudgetingStrong background in mechanical constructionExcellent project management and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPrevious experience in a similar role is advantageousCompensation$70,000.00 to $140,000.00 annual salary including health perks.
