2025-04-08 Must Haves: 5-10 years' experience with extensive knowledge and understanding of digital health standards including but not limited to HL7 FHIR, clinical terminologies (e.g., SNOMED-CT, LOINC) and their application. 5-10 years' experience with extensive knowledge and understanding of pan-Canadian digital health standards and tooling. 5-10 years' of hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR tooling including but not limited to Simplifier, HL7 Validator, and Forge or FHIR Shorthand. 5-10 years' of hands-on experience with interoperability standards gap analysis, environmental scan and developing HL7 FHIR implementation guides. Public Sector Experience:





Preferred Healthcare experience within Canada in acute care, primary care and/or community care settings. Hands-on experience with JSON and XML. Hands-on experience implementing HL7 FHIR standards and solutions. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and robust partner engagement skills.
