Operations Supervisor – Commercial CleaningTITAN is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to support our evening and weekend cleaning operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, maintaining high standards, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.What You'll Do:Support and supervise evening and weekend cleaning operationsStep in to cover shifts when needed to ensure service continuityTrain, support, and mentor current team membersComplete site inspections and maintain Titan's quality standardsHelp resolve site issues and follow through on concerns or complaintsPerform and oversee floor care services including:Stripping and waxing floorsTrack inventory usage and assist with product orderingSupport cost efficiencies and day-to-day operational needsAssist with hiring, coaching,



and employee performance mattersHelp oversee select projects and ongoing site operationsWhat We're Looking For:4+ years of experience in commercial cleaningStrong hands-on experience with floor care and cleaning equipmentComfortable leading teams and working alongside staffStrong communication and organizational skillsAvailability to work evenings and weekendsValid G driver's licence with a clean driver's abstractReliable, organized, and professionalWhy Work at TITANTITAN is a locally owned company with strong community roots.
