Our client is a well established manufacturing organization seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a multi-department operation and drive overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple departments including Operations, Production, Quality, Finance, HR and Sales
- Drive KPIs, profitability, productivity and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and close operational gaps
- Lead and coach management teams while fostering accountability
- Oversee customer, supplier and operational relationships
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, capital investments and business growth
- Ensure strong Health & Safety, quality and compliance standards
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of management experience in manufacturing
- Proven experience leading multiple functions/departments
- Solid process improvement and operational leadership background
- ERP experience required
- Manufacturing experience; conveyor/belting experience is an asset
- Business degree or college education
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid G licence with clean driving record
