Your role will involve engaging customers, identifying their needs, and recommending tailored solutions to enhance their experiences.Location: Fairview Mall, 285 Geneva St, St. Catharines, ON L2N 2E9Salary: $22/hr + $4/hr bonus for a total of $26/hrResponsibilitiesActively approach and engage with customers in-store, building strong relationships and trustEducate customers on services, including internet, television, and home phone services, and identify the best solutions for their needs. Work towards individual and team sales goals, driving revenue and contributing to the success of retail operations. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.



Collaborate with management and other team members to maintain a positive and productive work workplace. Greet customers in a timely manner and servicing their needs to ensure customer satisfactionResponsible for ensuring that the general operation of the store is carried out in the most professional, organized, and profitable manner possible. RequirementsProven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or telecommunications environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping customers. Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning about telecommunications products and services. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
