The successful applicant will be involved in a broad range of soil,



vegetation and wetlands projects with responsibilities as follows:Active participation in maintaining Montrose's strong safety cultureAssist with the execution of soils and vegetation surveysAssist with field survey data collectionTravel, often to remote locations, will be required to carry out field programs.What We Are Looking ForMust be enrolled in terrestrial ecology, biology, environmental science, renewable resource management or similar technical or undergraduate program at a recognized post-secondary institutionStrong oral and written communication skillsA valid class 5 driver's license with no restrictions.Experience with off-highway vehicles (i.E., ARGO, UTV) and trailer towing would be considered an assetCares about their safety and the safety of othersBrings knowledge of terrestrial sciences and assessment practicesWorks easily in a teamIs thoughtful, thorough and inquisitive in completing office and field tasks Has energy and desire to support others and respond to the changing needs of a dynamic environmentWhy Choose Montrose?At Montrose you will be part of an amazing community of team-oriented people who live shared mission and principles and bring industry-leading technical expertise to their work every day.
