We are seeking a dedicated Building Operator who is passionate about service and efficiency. Your role will involve conducting building walkthroughs, liaising with occupants, and performing HVAC and plumbing maintenance. Additionally, you'll assist in emergency response and ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily building walkthroughs and correct deficiencies
• Perform HVAC and plumbing maintenance with hand tools
• Manage service requests using SAP for smooth operations




• Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks
• Isolate mechanical systems as required
Requirements:
• 4th Class Power Engineering certificate from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building operations
• Robust knowledge of OHS regulations and procedures
• Ability to read building plans and design drawings
• Valid driver’s license for site travel
