OverviewWe are seeking a vigilant and dependable Construction Site Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our construction site, equipment, and materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting foot patrols, monitoring site activity, preventing theft or vandalism, and maintaining a secure environment. This role is critical in protecting valuable assets and ensuring the site remains safe and incident-free at all times.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular foot patrols throughout the construction site, including inside partially completed buildingsScan designated QR checkpoints during patrols to verify presence and activityMonitor the site for suspicious activity, trespassing, theft, vandalism, or safety hazardsInspect doors, gates, fencing, and equipment to ensure they are secureReport and document any unusual incidents, damages, or safety concerns immediatelyRespond promptly to alarms, disturbances,



or emergenciesMaintain detailed daily activity logs and incident reportsEnsure no unauthorized individuals access the propertyRemain alert and visible to deter criminal activityRequirements & SkillsPrior experience in construction site security or related field preferredStrong observational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and remain alert during overnight shiftsGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to patrol on foot for extended periodsMust have a reliable vehicle to remain on-site when requiredMust have a valid security licenseThis position offers the opportunity to play a key role in protecting construction assets while working in a skilled and safety-focused environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $17.60 per hourExpected hours: 40 – 50 per weekWork Location: In person
