North West Company is seeking a Department Manager, Ops Admin to lead onboarding, payroll support, and staff administration across northern stores. Youll ensure agreements, attendance, scheduling, and records are accurate while guiding managers in daily operations.

Ideal candidates bring at least three years of experience in retail or ops, solid communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Relocation to northern communities is possible; this role supports growth in remote markets.
