issue to sub trades and complete those in a timely mannerWhat you bring:Minimum 2 years of residential construction experienceForming / carpenter background an assetExcellent knowledge of BC Building Code and attention to detail an assetProven performance in leadership and managing both people and construction sitesDemonstrated effective communication and team building skillsDemonstrated ability to problem solve, juggle numerous and diverse activities, organizing and prioritizing appropriately to meet demands and expectationsBe a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast pace team environment and have a desire to grow with the CompanySalary Range:$80,000-105,000About The Company:OnniFor over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play.
