Job SummaryThe Regional Dental Manager is responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational performance of multiple dental clinics within an assigned region. This role ensures high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient practice operations while supporting dentists and staff to achieve organizational goals. The Regional Dental Manager will work closely with clinic managers, dentists, and corporate leadership to drive growth, improve patient satisfaction, and maintain clinical excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of multiple dental clinics within the assigned regionEnsure compliance with provincial dental regulations, infection control standards, and company policiesMonitor clinical quality, patient safety, and treatment outcomesSupport and mentor dentists, hygienists, and clinic managersConduct regular site visits, audits, and performance evaluationsManage staffing needs, recruitment, onboarding, and trainingDevelop and implement operational policies and best practicesAnalyze KPIs, productivity, and financial performance; implement improvement plansAddress patient concerns, complaints, and risk management issuesCollaborate with corporate teams on growth strategies, recent clinic openings,



and acquisitionsEnsure excellent patient experience and service standardsPrepare reports and provide updates to senior leadershipQualificationsDDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school (preferred, not necessary)Minimum 5–10 years of clinical dental experience; management or leadership experience preferredStrong knowledge of dental regulations, infection control, and clinical standardsProven leadership, coaching, and team management skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilitiesBusiness acumen with understanding of dental practice operations and financial metricsAbility to travel between clinics within the regionProficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft OfficePreferred SkillsExperience in multi-clinic or corporate dental environmentsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsChange management and process improvement experienceAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 25 – 40 per weekBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
